To me, the most cleansing and relaxing of all hobbies is improvisational cooking. Especially when I’m alone with my camera and some good natural lighting. The stars lined up in my favor today when I needed it most, and I ended up with all the aformentioned criteria. And some goat cheese.
Toast bread, spread goat cheese, fry an egg, top it with caramelized mushrooms, + arugula, then drizzle honey and sprinkle sea salt. Voilà! It’s another egg sandwich. Finish the brunch with some strawberries.
